Customized Training for Endurance Athletes
Thank
you for visiting the online site of Peregrine Coaching. We strive to
make endurance athletes tap into a physical fitness that is in
themselves, but has not yet been unleashed. As opposed to a basic online
training plan that is made for a wide audience, we make each athlete's
weekly programs personable. That way we can work with different
schedules, strengths, weaknesses, and race goals which makes for a
better athlete. Please look around to see what we can offer for
you. From
the elite athlete who wants to try to achieve top honors in their
sport, to the 40/hr a week parent who wants to do their first triathlon.
